Bottom line, it seems you can get free data for life, albeit only 200mb a month (enough for what I use it for) from t-mobile's promotion.
Buy qualifying tablet, ask fore pre-paid SIM, tell them to search the T-mobile knowledge base if they tell you you can't. Ask if you can transfer your previous phone number (I don't use it anymore. It's easier to memorize if I ever need it.)
Finally, spoof IMEI on phone, insert SIM, and see if it works.

That being said, i'd have to know how T-Mobile intends to verify your tablet comes from them. If it's a a system app, you could probably reverse engineer it to always say the tablet is from T-Mobile and replace the original by rooting your tab.

Good ideas in general, too much work, efficiency is key. After giving it some more thought they do verify your device by IMEI, they identify the sim cards by their IMSI however.

The BART's close to a freeway too, if I ever decide to drive. For those note familiar with housing costs in the Bay Area, they are insane, I've read that in many places outside of metropolitan regions $400 can be the average for a 2 bedroom apartment. Found it because I came across an Craigslist ad in Spanish, which I know, although I shouldn't have hesitated about whether I wanted it. I had to use google translate a ton while texting the woman renting it. Lanny was wrong, I think my plan may have worked. Also came up with a good story about what I do for a living.
Alcohol(ism): I also may have become an alcoholic recently. Modified non-white wine just tastes so good. Try some sangria with brandy lightly blended with ice. Makes getting through the day, particularly nights easier. I'm not sure if going off Nardil temporarily really kicked it into full gear. I woke up one day feeling strange from certain types of movements, sudden quick ones. Like I was the path toward being at a risk for seizures if I continued long enough. Having no one in my life, I use so little voice and text that I only need the bare minimum. May even be able to work around it, I could possibly have google voice send all my texts and calls through mobile, allowing me to pay zero for those options, and my use is so low they wouldn't impact it significantly.
