First of all no he didnt object or knew even ihad any sort of a histroy or record other tyan me having a european accent and it was stroke of luck he even got me csught up because i was being a good samaritan one time at this cafe against this crazy fuck bitch where cops asked for my info as witness to a situation and stupid me (life lesson lewrnt) i gave my real name and number to daren kerr that day in santa cruz about four mo ths prior to this incident and afetr i smashed a pint on kevin markley at rbwdys yacht club.
So no he didnt know or even care about his kids probably pimps them out co sidering he was willing to sacrifice them and use one as a shield cause he was so afraid of me fucking him up after he disrespected me when i asked why he is a deadbeat dad and a truant (in a nice way of course). -

I don't think I'd like Rafael Luciano, and I'd try to generally avoid him. But he doesn't seem evil to me. It sounds like he knew what you were up to, wanted you to go away and leave him and his family alone, and was genuinely scared of you.
As you pointed out above, motivations don't matter. You said that you can't be punished for your thoughts. So society has ignored your motivations and judged you based solely on your actions.
And you haven't been hard done by - you got off easy considering all the things you did. 3 years in prison is nothing.
And you won't even admit that you fucked up. In fact you're angry at your mom and the cops and your victims because you did the things you did? What the fuck?
