2019-11-28 at 4:52 PM UTCno, the thing with crt is that it warps.
-
2019-11-28 at 4:55 PM UTCNo, everyone knew CRTs had advantages, for example CS players Kept Carts many years after LCDs became prevalent because many CRTs had 75 Hz support and the response time was low.
The reason everyone stopped doing CRTs is because they are heavy, bulky and extra difficult to properly dispose of. -
2019-11-28 at 4:59 PM UTCcrt will display square boxes of the same size with different color different sizely.

2019-11-29 at 1:01 AM UTCHow did people dispose of the old ones then?

there is no difficulty disposing of them. normal people leave them out for the trash to pick up.
Trashies won't pick them up any more. And if you take them to the dump or for recycling they will charge you a fee. I'm pretty sure there are regulations now against simply tossing them in a landfill. -

No, your opinion is worthless and your delusion of being correct or tuff is pathetic and piss weak. Kill yourself Dunning-Kruger faggot.scrappers will pick them up because theres a slab of pure copper wire that weighs several pounds (depending on the screen size) and the only issue with hazmat is there is a minescule amount of lead in the first few inches of where the electron guns are. you must live in some shit hole because where i live in civilization they dont/cant charge a fee because then people will take their hazmat out into the woods and dump it for free.

Yes it does, in fact it specifically shows CRTs being taken out of the classification of "solid waste", which is the only waste that licensed SWTs can process. You need to abide by the standards regulated therein if you live in the US for CRTs. Which most often involves paying a fee. -

remind me again how many local govt council meetings regarding such topics have you attended
this is exactly what im talking about in the other thread about bans. you have no idea what youre talking about and should swallow a healthy dose of that stfu-stick
What the fuck are you babbling about you stupid mother fucker?
I said that part of the reason they stopped making CRTs is because they are difficult to properly dispose of. Everything beyond that is literally a fanfic you wrote about me. -

'modern' CRTs have just a few ounces of lead within a few inches of the electron guns. the ones with 'pounds' are the humongous screens that nobody can afford anyway.
youre not the brightest bulb in the tool shed.
go google how PC boards are manufactured, retard.
Why are you so mad, kid? It's making you delirious. I didn't cite an "article". If you disagree with the law, go legislate. I'm telling you a fact, that it is more difficult to recycle. Your delusions do not change this. -
