The reason everyone stopped doing CRTs is because they are heavy, bulky and extra difficult to properly dispose of. -

Yes it does, in fact it specifically shows CRTs being taken out of the classification of "solid waste", which is the only waste that licensed SWTs can process. You need to abide by the standards regulated therein if you live in the US for CRTs. Which most often involves paying a fee. -
