I mean, I don't think it's draconian so much as plain unjust. Draconian would be sentencing the responsible parties to immediate death. But sentencing parties who are NOT irresponsible, is unjust. Would it work? Maybe. But at what cost? -

In the strictest use of Draconian you are right. But doesn't affect Sophie's statement one way or the other for you to latch on to one word in it in an attempt to be right about something. -
