    Fuuuck, I took a fairly high dose of CRL-40,940 (One of the drugs the creators of Modafinil designed and tested, but didn't bring to market. My favorite afinil, it's more potent, and the pure powder is much cheaper. Newmind has it.) because it didn't feel like it was counteracting the drowsiness enough and spent 8 hours off and on reading various things about a phone I'm upgrading to. Current phone is a Galaxy S1 (yes, the original) I bought used over 4 years ago and I could definitely use an upgrade at this point. At least now I know exactly what accessories to buy and how to optimize it.

    I wanted to get tipsy and watch A Serbian Film around 10PM, then sleep around Midnight. It's now 12 and I'm not getting to sleep soon so I may as well watch it in the dark while eating coconut & peanut spread and drinking brandy. The father son scene I've heard about particularly interests me.

    What an odd holiday to be a major one.     Thank you, though, that's very flattering. I was definitely a hard gainer with very low natural T levels, but fortunately it seems I'm a hard loser as well.

    I spent countless hours refining my routine, my technique, researching everything important related to weight lifting, every question my mind could create. I'm confident I created the perfect routine, and it was grueling, I put in the maximum effort when seasonal affective depression wasn't crippling me. I created the most efficient routine, under two hours only twice a week, most of it rest time, especially if you're not interested in or ready to add two extra sets (once you move from beginner to intermediate level) or grip strength training. Diet and supplements are highly overrated. Take some "high" dose vitamin D3 (10K a day) if you don't receive sufficient sunlight and some creatine, don't worry about food or how often you eat as long as you eat enough (paleo style is best, to simplify it); that's about it.

    The routine is exceedingly simple, but. honestly, I don't think you have what it takes to stick to it once the weights begin to get heavy (body weight +) and it really feels strenuous and leaves you gasping for air.

    This is it, it should take a beginner under 1 or 1-/12 hours, not counting rest (likely at least half). Although I'd recommend 3x week until the intermediate level (google).

    And remember. something is always better than nothing. Even if you don't feel like it, get into the habit of thinking that you can only do your favorite exercise, whatever it is (bench press, shoulder press) and then leave. Also, a muscle that doesn't go through a range of motion (partials/cheating/crude egoism) doesn't get stronger in that range. You only make yourself look like a noob.

    My intermediate (Read starting strength, take CRL-40-940/an afinil if you need to to get through it) routine is as follows, learn the proper technique for each lift and in a few months you'll see guaranteed results. This isn't an infomercial and I'm not selling anything, It's the product of countless months and hours of research, trial and error. A level of obsession only those with Asperger's can reach.

    Format: sets x reps

    Sunday:

    Weighted pullups w/ 5 min rests. Start unweighted until you can do 3x12 with good form, no leg swinging, all the way up and down. Your lats will become enormous, it's worth doing
    3 x5 once you're ready to start adding weight, maybe continue with 3z8Beginners should do 3x5. Pullups (palms fading away from your body), push, pull. Eventually 3x8 may be better,


    Standing overhead dumbbell press w/belt 3x5

    Barbell curls 3x5 w/ belt

    Wednesday:

    Deadlift w/ belt higher and looser 1x5

    Dumbbell bench press 5x5

    Weighted ab roller: Bring ab roller and backpack to gym, place mat under knees and weights in backpack. (11/28/14) Largest plate current black tagless pack can hold is a 35.

  10. T-PAIN and Crouton is fucking great combo. I'm not even taking big doses oof T-PAIN but the stuff is dope.

    I've tried dosing big but it made me feel like shit. Any T-PAIN tips?

    What type do you have? Sodium, free acid, sulfate? Try taking about 40mg for the first, 50 for the latter, before bed. I've noticed it makes a huge difference in how I feel if I wake up early, haven't received sufficient sleep. The massive grogginess and general displeasure doesn't appear.
  12. Sodium but I have Sulfate coming my way as well. I'm taking 25mg multiple times a day right now. It's doing something I can't pinpoint. A dissociated focus. I also feel like it's a pretty good painkiller even though the dose should be too low to have much of an effect at the mu-opiod receptor.

Ive had one and since felt like Im on the verge of one, if it doesnt just go to full blown brain throbbing- nausea- Ive felt sick for days now. Havent ate a whole lot because of it and have gone several days without eating. Almost reminds me of being pregnant since I did a few times get migraines during it and was nauseous for the most part all the way threw.
