I honestly have no idea but I probably put half a gramm in a bowl I hit 2 or 3 times. I usually do that twice because I don't have my pieces standing around. I sometimes do when I play video games standing. When I play 2k I smoke a hit every time I get a block or a sick dunk or post move. Each start of a quarter and halt-time. I play real time 48 minute games. 38 MPG.
