The short, official version is this:
Back in 2007, a B-52 Stratofortress was 'mistakenly' loaded with 6 nuclear-armed cruise missiles at Minot airbase in North Dakota and was flown to Barksdale airbase in Lousiana. The bomber was headed to the Middle East before the 'mistake' was discovered and it was recalled. It is pure coincidence that this incident happened exactly one week before israel initiated OPERATION ORCHARD, a massive bombing campaign against a suspected nuclear facility in Northern Syria.

1. Six nuclear weapons cannot be transported 'by mistake', it requires the signature of the President as well as at least the knowledge of several high-ranking Generals.
2. A 'serious' publication like Military Times (who originally broke the story) could not and would not publish such an unsubstantiated story based on anonymous leaks, nor is it likely individual airmen would come forward to leak information because A) they had no idea if there was a legitimate reason for an armed Stratofortress to be passing through and B) they'd be charged with all sorts of things including treason were they not being shielded by someone higher up.
The only way that the initial activation of weapons, subsequent leak of story and proclaimed 'mistake' makes sense is if there were two powerful groups in the military acting against each other.
The CONSPIRACY! part is this:
The timing relative to OPERATION ORCHARD and the Stratofortress being headed to the Middle East were no coincidence. Rather than maintaining israeli nuclear primacy in the region (while there were nuclear materials found in the rubble, it's never been established what sort of facility was operating at Deir Eizzor, military, civilian or otherwise), the actual goal of the attack was to provoke a response from Iran, which in turn would give the US a pretext for a nuclear first-strike.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

This is what CIA operations look like.
They exist to effect political outcomes. There are various ways of doing this, but the easiest way to do an entire country of millions of people is through public announcements such as agents in the media or agents as elected officials.
So let's see what America looks like with this type of announcement disseminated to civilian populations:
Violent, crazy, unpredictable, bringer of death
How does this affect the internal stability of these countries:
People decide you can't work with America, it just comes and bombs you, do what they say or they will kill you. Protests and instability emerge as the people don't have faith in their government to govern and protect them from crazy America who is gonna do 9/11 and then invade everyone and kill babies in order to create a NWO. They would rather have a home and be in the NWO than live in rubble and be missing limbs. They care not for the social fabric that the police enforce and promote. They don't want to go up against demons. -

I couldn't find the video of what I believe was Syria a few years back (Because Youtube is fucking flooded with new videos of the past year) in which people were questioning if it was a Nuke that took out a bunker full of weapons. this thing kept going up and up and burning as a mushroom. there would of been no nuke flash because it came down as a bunker buster but like most blast that last a few seconds of flaming mushroom cloud, this thing kept going and going.
so It was meant to connect to the Minot story. I myself wondered how someone could accidently grab nukes and mount them -

You can get a mushroom 🍄 cloud with a bonfire and a pot of water, the shape is due to hot, smoky air rising and clear air rushing in to take it's place, and doesn't mean a nuke was used necessarily. -

I'd assemble a secret army and hit them like a ton of bricks before they could even twitch, with a shoot to kill order for any of them that want to get cute. -
