   I think it could be beneficial to come to a sober conclusion surrounding these questions first and foremost. But I believe that contemplating those conclusions while altered might introduce me to some part of the assessment my ego overlooked.
   
   I am all about using drugs for psychotherapy. I like the idea of psychologists using doses of LSD or MDMA to work through intense emotional issue. But I definitely don't think they are the only method or that they will work for everyone.

   I see what you're saying but honestly "hardcore psychedelics" sounds kinda goofy. Like if someone said "I smoked some hardcore weed and realized world peace would be good" then maybe they've had a totally valid experience, it just is wierd to call cannabis "hardcore".

   I guess I just have a different view of psychedelics or more specifically what "hardcore" means. I have gotten this before where people think its weird that I would class a psychedelic as hardcore but my experience has shown me that psychedelic experiences are harder or softer in their effect in various ways. I mean I could say powerful psychedelics but it doesnt sound right to me.
   
   I mean if I were to say that I watch hardcore porn you would understand I am probably watching some ho tied to a table getting reamed ass to mouth by midgets. If I said I watch softcore porn then you would know the general substance the themes of that porn experience will hold as well.
   
   I guess all I can say is that "hardcore psychedelics" is a goofy term but look at the thread title and the OP. It is kind of a goofy thread. Maybe I didnt make it obvious enough but I thought it would be a funny title and maybe get some funny responses. It did get some good ones but kind of devolved into nitpicking over one word. I was probably the idiot for continuing to explain my perceived difference between various psychedelic experience but really I didnt have anything better to do today so I dont really see it as a net loss.
