   Pliers are way too primitive for this day and age.
   
   Use a different instrument on each of her individual teeth.
   
   A toenail clipper for one of them..
   
   The butt end of a bic lighter..
   
   A hammer and chisel..
   
   Use a small blowtorch to literally burn one of her teeth out..
   
   Wrench the tines of a fork between the spaces in a few of her teeth and just wrench and rake on the fork until they finally dislodge..
   
   Use a can opener somehow.
   
   Use a corkscrew somehow. (Dig up into the gums and screw into the deepest root nerves of the tooth.)
   
   Etc.
