My daughter's mom told the district attorney that she wanted my rights to see my daughter restricted because she believed I would molest my daughter and she wanted her to be at least five years old before she could be alone with me so she could at least articulate what happened to her. I was appalled she said that as I've never done anything like that before. She was just trying to get the upper hand In court because I didn't want to marry her. Throwing s punch is assault, you would have to prove in court i was a threwt and you couldnt defuse the situstion in another way or the camera would have to actuslly show me touching someone.
