Serious question.
Like if a bunch of kids came to your door, how would you trick them?
No. They trick you if you don't give them candy.
Basically Halloween is a cuck holiday where everyone gets bullied and threatened by children dressed as monsters who demand you give them sugar.
Scariest day of the fucking year.

That's why you have to scare them so they don't knock on your door
I lived in a notorious drug house where a dude died from cocaine, it was actually haunted and there was a big creepy walnut tree that blocked all light. I didn't get any trick or treaters, we even put up ghost and pumpkin leaf bags
At the end of the night my dad spotted two kids walking alone down the dark road and he stuck his head out the window and said "hey, you kids want some candy?" They looked pretty terrified until he gave them 30 pieces each

When I was a kid I would go trick or treating with 2 of my cousins and there was a house 2 doors down from theirs that we would leave until we were returning home because it was the scariest.
The guy would put a bunch of tombstones in his yard and a bunch of dry ice so it was all foggy and SPOOPY. And hed play creepy funeral music. He would be hiding somewhere so youd slowly walk up to his door all cautiously and ring the doorbell but he wouldn't answer. Then youd turn around and wonder if he was even home and suddenly hed spring out from somewhere wearing this full fledged werewolf costume and come howling and running toward you.
Then hed give you a bunch of really good candy.

In my grandparent's neighborhood there was this autistic guy who every year would fill up every single corner of his yard with decorations and lights, I'm talking like hundreds of items
He would do that for all the holidays, it was awesome .... sadly I think he's dead now.

You know that dude love Halloween and thinks about it all year long. There used to be a 'haunted house' that was just in somebody's house, but it was really well done. Kids would line up and down the block to go in. It was based on a donation system so you didn't have to pay anything. Went through maybe 3 or 4 rooms in their house on a guided tour, each with a different theme. Then through the backyard and out the front. I remember there being a guy with a chainsaw a lot, or just scream at you. One room I remember was always toy themed and somebody would come out of a jack in the box thing. My brother hit this person one year because they scared my sister.
Also there was a maze thing of just garbage bag walls where people would 'try' and grab you. That was cool.
Wasn't official or anything. Not a business. Just a family having a good ol time setting up their haunted house. Eventually they got shut down though. I'm pretty sure their neighbors hated it, because it'd run till 11 or 12 usually and the line was always HUGE, like an hour just to get in. I wish I had pictures or something because after going to actual 'haunted houses' I now see how elaborate it all was.

Halloween is for sitting on a city bus and masturbating to thots in their slooty costumes.
