Did existence begin or is it eternal?

There's a clue as to what it all really is. What was there before everything came into existence, before matter and empty space was there?

This is as far as we get gents

Spitballing, trying to hit the moon and expecting something to stick

Its still fun to do when it's dark out and we do it with roman candles though, crickets chirpping, smores roasting, cold beers, laughing, telling stories

Forgetting where we left off and starting over again

Hearts sunken at the sight of those who do the same but with anger, hate, and aims of dominion

I dunno, but like I said before, I think we're eventually gonna have sex with something, and I think we're getting there quicker and quicker

Wouldn't it be fabulous if planet Earth got married to a female planet and we all had sex together as one?

And then we get to decide whether to be a loyal partner or an abusive cheater

but is something that have a start but not an end 'eternal' ?

No because if it starts to exist, whatever amount of time it has existed is finite, just growing larger. To be eternal eternal it needs to have no beginning, and the present moment is "our end" before it transitions to the next, which may have no real end.

quantum dynamics arent the same as thermals.

no, theres no law that says anything that starts must have an end.

if the universe is infinite and if i kick your ass so haard that your launched into space at the speed of light your going to be travel in the direction your kicked for an eternity.

Statistical mechanics is the very basis of QM. Remember when I told you about those rippling fields that are what particles actually are? Eventually all the energy in the universe will be distributed evenly and anything that could be described as matter or energy will be gone. So those fields, imagine them like a grid, will just be flat.

Are those fields eternal, or did they begin?

I didn't say there was. I said that no matter how long it exists for, it won't be eternal, it will be a finite amount of time. I'm not saying it absolutely needs to have some forward "end". Just that eventually it will reach a state where there will be no difference between all its states, thermodynamic equilibrium. And at that point it will be meaningless to say it continues.

I'd travel for a very, very long time for sure. But not an eternity.

That's pretty much the same question. They might have come into existence at the very moment of the big bang, or they might not have.

    Would that be significantly different?

Did numbers always exist or did we discover them and they were non existent before then? What are numbers? What is existence? WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?

What are you babbling about dumbass? My epistemic position doesn't have any bearing on the ontological truth.
