    Yes. Not that she shouldn't be punished. It's manslaughter. That's why there is a charge for manslaughter, because manslaughter happens. As I said, she should have got a few years and done a couple. But the whole thing was capitalized on by the political cunts and turned into a white vs black spectacle for political brownie points.     How do you know it wasn't premeditated? But yeah you're right what she did would easily get most people a lot more time even for lesser situations.

    A recent cop got ten years for planting drugs on people which is speculated she might of done.

    It could be one huge conspiracy which I think it is considering she wasn't immediately arrested received tons of hugs in the court room for being a murderer..

    Cops aren't trained to incapacitate. She had other options. Like leaving after realizing it's not her place and calling for backup

    Sounds like they should have a trial of some sort where a jury can decide which one of these was the case while both sides present their arguments.
