The "tests" are bullshit. They'll put any dumb fuck on there. In fact, they only hire below the standard IQ level, for cost reasons. -
2019-10-05 at 2:58 AM UTCNo. I think there was some text evidence they found supporting her having some racist beliefs but that was about it.

Yes. Not that she shouldn't be punished. It's manslaughter. That's why there is a charge for manslaughter, because manslaughter happens. As I said, she should have got a few years and done a couple. But the whole thing was capitalized on by the political cunts and turned into a white vs black spectacle for political brownie points. Only the idiots buy the official story here. -

Originally posted by -SpectraL Pretty obvious she didn't plan to shoot him. There was nothing premeditated about it. The murder charge was bogus. Overkill. Bumbling idiots at work, as usual. Sure, the woman is clueless and should never have been given a firearm (from the very same bumbling idiots, by the way), but she never planned to kill the man.
It wasn't premeditated, but that's quite a costly mistake. Furthermore, Even though it was a mistake, she should not have aimed to kill, only to incapacitate. 20 years MINIMUM for her crimes. -

How do you know it wasn't premeditated? But yeah you're right what she did would easily get most people a lot more time even for lesser situations.
A recent cop got ten years for planting drugs on people which is speculated she might of done.
It could be one huge conspiracy which I think it is considering she wasn't immediately arrested received tons of hugs in the court room for being a murderer..
That's just not normal -

Cops aren't trained to incapacitate. She had other options. Like leaving after realizing it's not her place and calling for backup -

Sounds like they should have a trial of some sort where a jury can decide which one of these was the case while both sides present their arguments.
