Pathetic.
Don King pistol-whipped and kicked Sam Garrett to death over a $600 gambling debt in 1966 for which King only spent four years in state prison. -

2019-10-05 at 1:28 AM UTCI still want to know how she didn’t realize she wasn’t in her own apartment. Like bitch do you not know your own furniture? Lol.
You just saw a black man eating ice cream and got so bamboozled that you couldn’t see the couch, a lamp, coffee table? Not a nerthing? -

2019-10-05 at 1:47 AM UTCIt was simple manslaughter. She should have got a few years and been out in a couple.

2019-10-05 at 1:53 AM UTCGood behavior? She can’t even manage to not shoot innocent people eating fucking ice cream in their own living room, while she’s sober.
They ought to fucking knock her goddamn brain out of her head. -

Pretty obvious she didn't plan to shoot him. There was nothing premeditated about it. The murder charge was bogus. Overkill. Bumbling idiots at work, as usual. Sure, the woman is clueless and should never have been given a firearm (from the very same bumbling idiots, by the way), but she never planned to kill the man. -

The whole thing was manufactured theater, to play the white vs black card in the media. -

So perhaps it wasnt premeditated. I'll tell you will I still think it was murder.
I've personally done what she did. One time. After a night of drinking (of course) I ended up walking into the apartment directly across from mine, same floor plan and all that. The door had just been unlocked and I waltzed in and glanced to the left do see dude standing in the kitchen cooking a pot of noodles.
We both just kind of stared at each other for a second and I instantly knew it wasnt my apartment. Instantly. I was probably like "oh my god *laughs* I'm so fucking stupid man im sorry. Thought this was my place. I do remember he was totally chill about it and just like yeah man no I get it it happens. It's all good.
Anyway that's how one of those scenarios should go down. I know within a moment of stepping into my apartment if its mine or not. There are probably literally hundreds of distinguishing features that would let me know right away, wait a second, this... isnt my place.
Especially the clue of the door being just slightly open. It would register, a. I never leave my door open and b. everything in this place looks different. Not ONE thing is the same. (Hell I bet it even smelled different than her place)
So then after ignoring the obvious fact that it wasnt her place she continued in and without second thought decided the guy was a threat and shot to kill. Not ever a thought of, GOSH GEE, NO REALLY, SELF, THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT YOUR APARTMENT.
It's too unrealistic. She knew. She knew it was someone else's apt. She then still consciously drew her weapon and killed the zero threat person on their own couch in their own home.
