I can't find much about the solubility of loperamide but it does say it's soluble in methanol and chloroform. I don't know what it's like in freebase form either but maybe you can just acid base extract it easily. The inactives are pretty easy ones to crack
Also there might be something you can do with propylene glycol

These compounds were chosen for their comparable lipophilicity (logP 4.51 and 5.5 for diclofenac and loperamide, respectively) but varying water solubility (0.0086mg/mL and 50mg/mL for loperamide and diclofenac, respectively). Gels were prepared with a poloxamer 407 base to make thermoreversible aqueous solutions. Due to its nearly negligible water solubility, the mixed solvency concept was initially used to enhance the solubility of loperamide in aqueous solutions. Maximum loperamide solubility occurred in a 40% solution of propylene glycol (10 w/w %) and PEG 400 (30 w/w %), increasing its solubility by nearly 1,500 times compared to water."

But.,. Bear in mind that the BBB evolved for a reason.
The BBB is like our biological firewall.
While it's down, you are susceptible to all kinds of bacteria and other microbial invaders just looking to fuck your shit up.

2019-10-03 at 8:13 PM UTCLoperamide is good for wd, especially since you can still get high from other opiates unlike subs and methadone and it's full agonist and not itchy gross feeling like fentanyl.
The only downsides with it are obviously constipation and its tendency to cause cardiac arrest or other heart problems. The cardiac arrest thing has dropped all my interest in it besides minimally as necessary for withdrawals.
Don't go to walgreens they will charge you 3 times as much as target, along with everything else in that worthless store. -

2019-10-05 at 7:22 PM UTCThis whole BBB and loperamide thing doesn't work the way most people think it does. It actually can pass the BBB, however the way the BBB works is really complicated but with regards to loperamide it comes down to this; The BBB has a neat little protein called P-glycoprotein and it is really good at keeping a lot of shit out of your brain including loperamide. However there is only so much P-glycoprotein to go around. When you take a hero dose of loperamide what happens is P-glycoprotein is so busy keeping all that shit out some loperamide manages to sneak by, basically. Since it's potent as fuck, it only takes a little to fuck your shit up.
