Most of the people who want to go on about climate change are in denial about what addressing the issue will involve.
Like capping oil wells and leaving coal in the ground.
Bet that'll go over well with our Saudi friends, huh? And all the Chinese freezing their butts off in their iPhone factories in winter can warm themselves with thoughts of tropical lagoons spared by their selfless action.
An awful lot of climate change activists are only in it in order to use it as a justification to bring about a better world - ie. hippy bullshit.

Saudis literally bulldoze any archaeology they find, and don't believe in graveyards or commemorating the dead. You going to tell me they'll care about polar bears?
Ghaddafi was an enlightened despot, and was bumped off (at the behest of the jedis) with the tacit approval of the rest of the muslim world, including the Saudis.

Simple logic and reasons dictates that if you create something, and you intend to preserve it, you would not destroy it just to recreate it. The Creator isn't a fool. Some will live right through Armageddon and Judgement Day, and they will never have to die at all.
