And didn't Obama preside over the greatest transfer of wealth from poor to rich ever?

no, both advise, but if you refuse the umbrella and get wet, it's no different than saying to the President, as your Econ, I need you to do this for this to work.

that's the only part in reality the President has in stimulating an economy.

he can wreck it in a heartbeat, but to make its heart beat, he does what the Econ directs him to.

EXAMPLE: he lost the election but proved how you stimulate the Econ.

Bush 1 said, read my lips, no more taxes.

but his economy was tanking and the Econ was screaming need STIMULATION taxes or how Bush2 did with Stim Checks and Obama did same thing.

    Bush 1 raised taxes.

when Clinton took over, THOSE TAXES BUSH RAISED stimmed the Econ and BOOMED like crazy under Clinton.

    all because of TAXES.

Obama did same thing, did as Econ told him and it BOOMED!!

so no, Clinton or Obama actually did shit but ride a FREE RIDE!!

Same way as always, tax their labour, tax their consumption, impose rents on them, take out loans collateralised based on their future earnings.

Ever since forever the poor have been the foundation of wealth - how rich do you think a lord would be without his serfs to till the fields for him? Or without the sons of those serfs to fight in his battles?

"A lot of U.S. companies have outsourced jobs to China or are operating their own China affiliates and send back those components to the U.S. as part of the chain of production. So when the tariffs are imposed on everything next month, more than half of the companies that will bear the burdens are multinational companies, which hypothetically speaking are mostly American companies," says Dennis Yang, a University of Chicago trained economist now a professor of business administration at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

"For a long time, China has been the world's low cost, low regulation, manufacturer of choice. Even though multinationals would like to keep it that way, some 40% of U.S. companies are relocating at least some of their supply out of China, according to a May 2019 AmCham Shanghai survey."

Thank you for taking the time to try to find something but since you found it in 30 seconds you obviously didn't read it. It's basically an opinion piece from 2 months ago and has absolutely nothing but theory. The survey you posted, I took the time to look over and it's a FUCKING SURVEY of 250 entities that may or may not exist on anything but paper. Also, here is the full quote from a sketchy irrelevant survey of less than 250 respondents

Approximately 40% of respondents are considering or have relocated manufacturing facilities
outside China. For those that are moving manufacturing out of China, Southeast Asia (24.7%) and
Mexico (10.5%) are the top destinations. Fewer than 6% of members said they have or are
considering relocation of manufacturing to the U.S.

so 40% of less than 250 (let's say 100) will say they are even considering relocating manufacturing facilities outside of china and of that less than 6% would consider moving back to the US. And this is according to a survey a think tank with a sketchy logo from May. You need to read a little deeper spectral you can't just google something and go "here" when someone asks you for the basis of why you made something up. This doesn't support anything you claimed at all, it just shows you're capable of googling something that at first glance you think might help fit your narrative

Nothing about this article remotely implies manufacturing is coming back to the US, which is exactly the lie.

What is happening is manufacturing partially going to Vietnam and other SEA nations who are worse at manufacturing. I.e. the only thing accomplished was US companies having to waste money relocating some of their production to avoid tariffs while serving the US market. Americans just get more expensive goods.

Lots of people do want trade unions, a social safety net, healthcare, etc.

The democrats help out the rich by packaging these desirable things with the things you mention.

    This is deliberate.
