Criminal investigation is not the same as the impeachment process. And Trump did get found guilty of obstruction of justice but for whatever reason was never forced to testify. Probably because it would draw out the process. He's just immune to charges because he's the president. But even if he had been found guilty of collusion, it wouldn't have automatically meant impeachment. -
