This is basically the story of modern society - the corrupting force behind it, and all the revolutions of the past couple centuries which tried to cleanse it. This corrupting force fears the revolutions the most because no foreign entity endangers it in a global environment that is completely controlled, but a revolution targeting specifically that entity does. Now as to what that "entity" is, it's up to either ideological side's interpretation - it's ultimately the same thing. -

In the event of a civil war in the US it would be millions of patriots and defected US military members (no white person would go against their own people in such an event unless they were complete and total ZOGbots) vs a bunch of low IQ shitskins and military tech.
But that military tech won't mean much when people destroy the power grid and destroy their bases with EMP attacks.

Russia and China will airdrop weapons in like the US has for every other country's 'civil wars'. Kind of a moot point though, because in the case of a civil war, the power grid and agricultural infrastructure would go down quickly and it's been estimated that without power, 70%+ of the population would die in the first few weeks -
