It's not reconstruction you dumb cunt. It's turning off the water, disconcerting the water line for the toilet. Removing the two nuts from the bolts holding the shitter to the floor. Scrapping out the old wax ring with a putty knife or whatever you have (spatula). Laying the toilet on it's side so you can place the new ring on the exit horn of the toilet (located on the bottom and probably needs the old was cleaned off as well.) Carefully placing the commode back over the floor flange (part in the floor with the bolts sticking up) lining up the bolts with the holes in the base of the crapper and setting it in place. Sitting on it and wiggling around a bit to seat the new wax seal. Tightening the nuts on the bolts from the floor flange. Reconnecting the water line using a new compression fitting. and finally going downstairs, cleaning the debris out of the shower/tub, and placing a 2 foot by 4 foot acoustic tile in the frame of the suspended ceiling.

P.S. Remember to turn the water back on when you are done.

You forgot the part where they drop the toilet through the floor and destroy everything else in the process.

Unluckily it is leaking from the roof through the wall.

A pipe would be an easier fix, dumb ass.

Either way, it's a rental and not your problem.

More like captain wrong as fuck because you a) can use drop ceilings in bathrooms and b) they make specific tiles for it.

Sort of, but if you think about it not really. Drop ceilings are often used in basements, which often times have high humidity, so being able to get used in bathrooms isn't really that surprising.
