And it's not a matter of starving, it's a matter of avoiding ingesting all the toxic poisons they put in everything from butter to meat to vegetables to fruits. I eat a healthy breakfast of yogurt, fruit and chia seeds and hemp hearts, usually eat a shwarma or something similar for lunch then have a supper of steamed vegetables and fish or another protein, then usually another high protein and carb meal (like a a burger) before I go to sleep. I smoke a stupid amount of weed everyday and take opiates 2 or 3 times a week. I drink that 50 cent vitamin water all day too and take a few vitamins. I feel pretty unhealthy most of the time -

no, I have a very high metabolism tho so carbs typically do not cause me to gain weight unless I eat them before I go to sleep, which I do. I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week but I'm always moving and have anxiety and ADHD so I think I vibrate lightly which prevents me from gaining too much weight -

I'm the same way but I actively avoid carbs because I don't like how they make me feel. Especially when I eat tons of it. Just bloated and foggy.
I also move around a lot. Pretty much always shaking a foot or shifting in my chair. Not because of anxiety though I just do it idly. -

Not all the vitamins are soluble and many will stay in the pulp. You also lose out on the fiber which may or may not be a good thing depending on your diet. Too much fiber can damage the intestines over time. -
