I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, I just like to limit meat consumption because I don't like supporting BIG MEAT and also its terrible for the planet and sometimes your body. And it's not meat that we need anyway, its protein and zinc and B vitamins and etc. You can find all that in vegan foods, and plenty of vegans are perfectly healthy. We're omnivores, not carnivores.

    Hiki,
I’ve had 6 spine surgeries, yes 6. The last 2 were due to a botched surgery that left me with an abscess on my spine. That, in turn, left me with a drop foot, so I have to wear a brace on my leg for the rest of my life. I still get out, exercise, and walk 5-7 miles a day on my full time job, that I usually work 12-13 hr days.

You need to strengthen your core, then you can do higher impact exercises. You can strengthen your core very easily with pelvic tilts, planks, and many other ways.

For exercise, my former lifestyle has taken a toll on me. I can't get rid of the habits. PT every morning at wake-up. PT every evening at sleep.

I so happen to consume alcohol, nicotine and the occasional (once every six months) methylenedioxymethamphetamine 3,4 crystal. I do notice the effects, especially with nicotine, but a good diet and constant PT seems to offset it.

I really want to quit smoking, but right now, it'd mean I'll have to find something else to relieve stress. While I could take more crystals, it's not as widely accepted by society as smoking. And while drinking is also a viable alternative, you yourself know how poisonous that solution is. I usually reserve drunk time to weekends and off-days.

Folks, He only smokes meth once every 6 months. He marks his calendar, and waits patiently, while drinking milk and cookies, for those 2 special times a year. His unwavering discipline simply wont let him indulge 3 times a year, which would make him an addict.👍

I have this condition (that includes photophobia) where when I am in sunlight I feel like my eyes are burning, I get overheated and my breathing feels heavy, it's a very unpleasant feeling.
Add that to a general feeling of dissociation and anxiety and going for a walk is very tense and uncomfortable.

Hell yeah, luck is what happens when discipline meets opportunity! Incidentally, I ingest MDMA by wrapping it into a small rolling paper or a pill capsule and than having that with a beer.

You're getting a bit better at baiting, but still not all there mate. B- for the effort.

Do you carry around a little miscellaneous pouch with you, wherever you go, so when the opportunity arises, you have a spare pill capsule, and rolling paper, just for the occasion?👍

Unless you're ingesting those with food, capsules are notoriously hard to absorb, and often excreted fully in excrement.

Nah, I planify those in advance. Though I do carry rolling paper around since I'm a smoker.

Great word. 👍Had to look it up, but now it's part of my arsenal. Your party awareness and attention to detail seem to be exemplary. I certainly respect you, for that.

Get into juicing. You won't be able to consume all those vegetables consistently.

Only eat a single meal a day. Supper. The less toxic poisons you ingest, the longer you will live. All "foods" today are chalk full of toxic poisons, including neurotoxins, which attack the brain, nervous system and vital organs, especially with cumulative use. The less "food" you ingest, the less of these toxins you are consuming. One meal at suppertime and you will feel reasonably healthy, avoid cancer and other deadly diseases, and live a lot longer.
