What happens when there is peace and war at the same time and it's 1 in the morning? Are you just rocking a dozen joints all at once at that point ? How long does that take because if takes too long theres gonna be more times of peace and war and you're gonna end up having to keep adding joints to keep up with your commitment and it'll just add to the workload causing more and more joints to pile up until you suffocate trapped under a moundo of them. . -

In those instances, i smoke two joints. -
2019-09-12 at 4:45 PM UTCWhat is teleology and what does that have to do with how you define purpose, meaning and design?

but how can there be purposes without humans and their mind and consciousness ?
what is the purposes of our sun fusing hydrogens into heliums before we exist ?
no human. no reason, no purpose.
no design. -

I didn't say the sun has a purpose or that everything has a purpose. Purposes evolve.
A purpose is just something being meant to do something else. An eye is meant for seeing. It's not meant by someone but that's what it's meant for. And why that happened is since our environment has many "attractors" for evolution towards sight, because it has long range information.
So yes the purpose of the eye is to see, even if nobody gave it that purpose. It's a natural part of our universe but I don't know why that should deflate it? -

so you mean eyes, which purposes is to see, was designed, but not the humans they belongs to because we dont know the purpose of humans.
or apendixes for that matter, since they serve no functions, or no longer do. -

What do you mean when you say an eye is "meant" for seeing? How do you define purpose, meaning, design and what does teleology have to do with these things?
What is an appendix "meant" for? What is male pattern baldness "meant" for? What is psilocybin "meant" for? -

When did I say "not the humans"? Humans have been designed, by natural selection. To survive and bear offspring. But that's just the backbone for all sorts of exploration into design space because you have to exist to do anything like that. -
2019-09-12 at 7:15 PM UTC"designed" by natural selection

It's another word for purpose. What is an appendix "meant" for? What is male pattern baldness "meant" for? What is psilocybin "meant" for?
Again, not everything has a purpose. -
2019-09-12 at 8:15 PM UTCOf course rainbows exist.
If there were no rainbows, where would the leprechauns hide their gold? -

They could just keep it with them and hide it in their garages or basements considering we have no idea where they live it seems a lot safer than the "hidden" spot of the end of the rainbow which almost everyone knows is where they hide their gold. -

A tornado could've picked up the house and set it there.
