No you cannot have multiple aneurysms in the same place. The most common aneurysms are brain, abdominal (abdominal aorta), and aortic aneurysm (aorta near heart). You get only one in an area, trust me.

you don't typically get multiple aneurysms in the same place because because they're the result of pressure on the vein/artery; if that pressure was spread out across multiple veins it would be much less likely to cause you problems.
no idea about what was going on with your heart (maybe a murmur?) but she's not wrong, there are always outliers
