You can also control people, put ideas into their heads, speed up or slow down their speech, if you get good at this, all by looking at a monitor of a live feed of them. Of course, it's possible to do things to people with something as simple as staring at a portrait of them, but that's a lot more difficult, and takes more practice. Creepy quantum entanglement.
EDIT: it involves quantum reference points. The universe has a memory of everything that ever happens, and the information that is associated with it, such as the feelings of the person that created a painting before and after they'd create it.
The human body does this actually, any time you go near a person, you may not know their name, but your body stores quantum information about them automatically, their name, life history, everything. Tapping into the quantum pool is like "god mode"
EDIT3: You only need a reference point, as I mentioned, and I've actually done this quite a bit but, you can stare at a shadow of something that is moving (and sometimes not if you're good at it) and actually control it through the shadow, without seeing the actual object or person at all.
This works on reflections also. If you have a fountain that is constantly pushing up water and flowing back into itself and its source (the pump) you can also use the shadow of the water to induce spirals in the water. A psi wheel set up next to a fountain will also tend to spiral, synchronized with the water spiralling near it. You can put a psi wheel inside of a sealed metal box with a camera, near a fountain, make the fountain spiral, and the wheel will also spiral if your energy is strong enough. -

2019-04-04 at 11:25 PM UTCThese idiots never give up. Now they're claiming I snitched on some neo nazi faggot. Nevermind the fact that this guy goes around snitching on people constantly, attacked people in their sleep, bullied senior citizens, stole from everybody, poisoned people on purpose with shitty drugs, and has just been an all around piece of shit his entire life.
Hilarious, but because this guy isn't with the government, they can use him to attack or stalk people that piss government connected special snowflakes off. I'll just shoot him and any other scumbag goon they send to intimidate me. Nearly got arrested several times cause of this asshole too. Thankfully, some little mexican dude knocked him out and stole all his shit. The guy never retaliated against that dude, but they're gonna drive past me while I'm trying to sleep and fire shots into the sky. Punk ass motherfuckers.
Almost every single person the government sends after gang stalking targets are scumbags. Truly low life characters. The "dregs of society" as Dr Horton put it. This is why the government works with organized crime and various gangs, loosely organized or well organized. They suck each others dicks, give each other favors. The black gangs seem to get less favors. It's mostly the hispanic and white gangs that get intel from the government if they need it. Other than that, nothing too strange happening. Just pieces of shit trying to distract me any way they can. -
2019-08-13 at 11:10 PM UTCJust read about Mae Brussels. Supposedly the CIA murdered her with stomach cancer. Sounds about right. Last year I had accidentally taken a couple F16s or whatever they were down by staring at them, not really on purpose. I figured they were moving so fast it wouldn't fuck with them that much. But it forced them to land. I was near a side of the airport I don't normally go to after getting lost. Anyway, I've had gastrointestinal esophogeal reflux disease ever since. What a coink e dink.

No, it's like saying your house has 12 bedrooms but it's still one house.

2019-09-05 at 7:10 PM UTCAlright, I never thought I'd get anything useful from any of Wariat's posts, but holy shit.
I just realized I'm a descendant of the Atlantean people.
https://niggasin.space/thread/43202?p=1
Apparently they believed the original Aryan people, who were also the Atleantean people, had magic powers. They were super human. But they lost their powers by mixing with ordinary humans. They believed these super humans had longer limbs, angular faces... It all describes me except for the blond hair and blue eyes. I still have the powers.
I remember once going into a store and this tall blond haired blue eyed guy glared at me like he despised me for some reason. That was shortly after I discovered my powers.
Now I know why. He hated me for looking less Aryan than him, being mixed, but still having the powers and noble traits of the original Aryans that he lacked.
They hate me for being more Aryan than them but also being mixed. I think it's possible hitler's people had some of the ideas right but some of them wrong... They tried to select people that were more likely to have those powers and be super human, but I think they became too obsessed with aesthetics so they ended up not creating the original super-men.
My family is mostly German but they migrated to the US long before world war 2. They were more humble than the Nazis. Most of them wouldn't show off their powers, and pretty much all of them were anti-racist. This pisses the nazis off real bad apparently.
Talking to some world war 2 veterans, I discovered a lot of them noticed a large percentage of the Nazi soldiers had the same powers as me, but not nearly as strong. The stare mostly...
This shit is CRAZY. I'm exactly what they wanted to create, but not up to their standards in other ways. No wonder I'm a target.

Please describe your super powers for us. -

I already did but some people for whatever reason ask me to describe them again. Okay, I'll do it
I can stare at anything moving and make it slow down or speed up, and synchronize. If I stare at traffic and imagine it slowing down, it will not only slow down, the cars will begin going the exact same speed, and sometimes they'll zig-zag as well. If I do it a certain way, they'll slow down instantly, going from 60 or whatever to around 5 MPH instantly. So it doesn't necessarily take a long time. Smoking pot enhances it greatly, but especially strains high in beta humulene like MKULTRA (ironic) and Girl Scout Cookies
It is able to control lighting also. I can control wind, lightning, time, flames, all sorts of things. If I stare at a line of ants marching, they'll start going around the spot I'm staring at, in order to avoid my stare.
This is all 100% repeatable. There's a thread on abovetopsecret where a bunch of people admit to having some of these powers but they're afraid to tell anyone IRL cause they don't want to be dissected. I know they're telling the truth only because I have some of these powers. I encountered an italian guy that knew about this once. Him and his girlfriend were getting off a bus, and he used the stare on me. He explained to his girlfriend how it works. I always suspected that was partially why the library in Alexandria was burned, so the Romans/italians could confiscate the knowledge and keep it from anyone else. But I feel it's part of human heritage and it's the right of everyone to know.
I've encountered a few people that are ex military that can do this. Every one of them has Aryan ancestry. They can literally damage someone's heart with their stare. I accidentally killed an old man with it once. He had been mind controlled into harassing me and the next day I saw him, my heart rate went up. I was still pissed at him and I realized every time I looked at him, he cringed with pain. He died of a heart attack on a statue he was leaning against...
According to milgram's electro shock experiments, most people naturally can't think for themselves and would have a hard time believing any of this because the government would rather they not believe it.
EDIT: one of the coolest things about the stare is that in synchronizing people around me, their balance and reflexes become super human temporarily. Puts everyone in ninja mode. If any of you is ever here you're free to witness this crazy shit in person or just ask around about a guy that secretly controls everything with his stare.
EDIT2: One of the best powers I've learned (maybe it's all one power and different aspects of it) is using my ears to slow things down or burn up engines by hearing them. It works on people too. You can hear a conversation by a group of people and make them all get quiet just by hearing them. They don't know why they're getting quiet, of course. They assume it's their own choice.
You know, when there's an annoying sound, and you can sort of force your ears to make it sound less loud? It's not necessarily literally making a person screaming less loud, but to you it feels less loud... That's how it works. You can use that to literally control things. -

Even the most expensive labs and the best scientists in the world would likely have a difficult time figuring out how it works. But I do suspect they wanted me to have an "accident" in the military so they can do just that.
In my opinion, this stuff is too valuable to risk killing the people with these traits. It's better to keep them alive to study it. -
2019-09-05 at 7:35 PM UTChttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nina_Kulagina
It worked the same way for Kulagina. Her heart rate would go up, and the person or animal she was looking at would also have a synchronized and dangerous heart rate increase. She could literally kill things with this. Many individuals and organizations, such as the James Randi Educational Foundation and the Italian Committee for the Investigation of Claims on the Paranormal (CICAP) express skepticism regarding claims of psychokinesis.
Of course they tried to make her look like a fraud, they don't want this stuff being publicly known, especially the catholics/italians like I said.
The guy at the end up John Wick 2, the Italian mafia guy that shows John Wick his remote after saying "You still don't know who I am do you? I'm the guy that controls everything" and all the pedestrians and cars freeze in place when he pushes the button... That shit is real. Some of us know this but most will see it as only a movie, a work of fiction. -

Kulagina claimed that she first recognized her ability, which she believed she had inherited from her mother, when she realized that items spontaneously moved around her when she was angry.[14] Kulagina said that in order to manifest the effect, she required a period of meditation to clear her mind of all thoughts. When she had obtained the focus required, she reported a sharp pain in her spine and the blurring of her eyesight. Reportedly, storms interfered with her ability to perform psychokinetic acts.[13]
One of Kulagina's most celebrated experiments took place in a Leningrad laboratory on 10 March 1970. Having initially studied the ability to move inanimate objects, scientists were curious to see if Kulagina's abilities extended to cells, tissues, and organs. Sergeyev was one of many scientists present when Kulagina attempted to use her energy to stop the beating of a frog's heart floating in solution. He said that she focused intently on the heart and apparently made it beat faster, then slower, and using extreme intent of thought, stopped it.[15]
Storms do interfere with it. The Egely wheel, or psi wheel, has also been noted for being less easy to control when storms or clouds are present.
https://egelywheel.net/the-story-of-the-vitality-meter/
To this day they have never been able to debunk the psi wheel. It's also a measure of how healthy a person is. The better you are at moving one, the healthier you tend to be. -
