What kind of symptoms is this

I'm not trying to be a dick it just sounds like gout, it happens to guys your age, but its happening to even younger dudes these days just like how Prostatitis was considered an old mans malady has become much more common in younger dudes like myself. I'm currently taking cranberry pills and pumpkin pills and cut out drinking recently to combat it.

Just asked Alexa.. I did have RA once..goose neck finger joint. And it burned. But this is more like a sharp jab -
