Does not sound like gout, gout starts at the base of your big toe, not in the web spaces, or in other toes. Gout is a crystallization of joint fluid. It can be very painful. Depending on what these crystals are made of, decides treatment. It really does sound like neuropathy. Neuropathy can come from diabetes, but it can also come from low back injuries. This can cause pain down one or both legs, all the way to the feet. If it only happened once, I’d write it off as a fluke, if it continues, I’d see a doc. I’m not gonna try to diagnose you, I’m not a doc, but I can give you ideas as to what it might be.
Just had a thought. If it wraps around to the bottom of your feet, it could be planter facitis. They thought I had gout at one point, but it turned out to be planter facitis. It can be relieved with stretching your foot rigorously, but I know some who have needed surgery for it.

Prostatits only happens to young men due to STDs going untreated. No young man should have prostatis unless they have some freak prostate problems.

I was thinking about this, and you saying it goes into your shoulders just makes it more plausible. The nerves that run up around your head and down your shoulders comes from your neck. Have you ever had any neck injuries?
Again, not my place to diagnose anyone, I’m just going by what I’ve seen over 33 years.

I prefer to give the attention willingly, which spares me the incessant attention-whoring.

"Pain is temporary, *some wood-type motivational crap about not being a pussy when it comes to pain*"
Except when it's actually all the time every day and you've tried to not let it bother you or interfere with your life, but that doesn't work. I've come to terms with myself a few times that basically I need to accept it for what it is and not complain about it or make excuses for myself because of it because that's pointless and doesn't help, which I think is a more mature attitude because I might have this for life so I guess I have a long times to either come to terms with it and be stoic about it, go back to heroin/hard opiates, or kill myself (way overly dramatic and is not something I consider; is only a philosophical fact, as those really are the only three options people with CP have).
