Crouton is ok but you need to either only take an ounce of it in 1-2daya per week or you need to take it multiple times a day everyday until you get sick of it. Crouton WILL make you retarded, lose your creativity, passion, soul, etc. Turn you into an NPC who has enough drugs in em to grind thru work and nothing else

Hi tech, as someone who also has chronic pain, my opinion is the only one that matters lol.
If you take it it does have mild painkilling effects not as good as tramadol but "noticeable" at least, but in my opinion the drawbacks are bigger than the rewards. It is kind of like opiate marijuana and is pretty self limiting due to the ceiling dosing structure, where you can't get any more buzzed by taking more. When you use it everyday you become less creative and kind of cloudy and dumber but you won't really notice until you get off of it, which isn't fun but it isn't very hard either.
I switched from Crouton to trama so I obviously didn't have to experience full wd, but doing that was a piece of cake and not really unpleasant at all, and I don't think it's a big deal to get off because of the way it is, sploo had trouble but he was taking like a bag a day and complains about not having money to buy spice yet spends 20 bucks a day on Crouton so idk.
I wouldn't do it unless you're ok with adding more mental fog to your life. Trama doesn't have that for me like kr did... Don't make tea if you do it, just gulp it down with water, it just tastes like tea.
