I'm gonna have to side with Jim "fuck latinos" Carrey on this one, nobody really needs a job. Poverty is good for you, spiritually at least. The more homeless people there is, the more people will realize this system is a joke.
The less people paying taxes, paying electric bills, and being connected to the grid in general, the better. Fuck the government. -

Technically speaking you don't need a residence, you just need to tell them the address that is listed on your ID so when you go to cash your check at the bank it was issued from everything matches up. Depending on your area Wal-Mart will cash your check for a fee without caring what your ID says as far as address goes, but some managers can require it. -
