You're right, but you're missing the bigger point.

WHY one wears what they wear isn't particularly important.

There's kinda two separate issues getting mixed up here.

Like, i absolutely have a problem with someone using what another is wearing as an excuse for any kind of sexual violence.

BUT, to sit there and say "oh, my perfectly form-fitting outfit got you aroused? I just wore it because it's comfortable so it has nothing to do with you", is also wrong (albeit to a lesser degree than sexual assault).

To try and argue otherwise just seems kind of disingenuous.

My dude that's like trying to say it's a woman's fault that a man was aroused by her because she's attractive in the first place lol

It's not her "fault", but it is the reality. Hot girls arouse guys.

    Not exactly tho.

I mean, yeah, a woman can be responsible for turning a dude on.

It does not give him any kind of right over her body, though.

It's just something that shouldn't be completely dismissed without even an iota of consideration.

I mean, if a dude takes so much as a piss on a bush, if someone sees his dick, then the dude becomes a sex offender.

But if a woman wears downright see through pants and no panties in public, showing her twat to ever toddler within eye view, she's totally fine?

We are way too quick to demonize dudes and sanctify chicks, all for the same behavior.

Huh? The woman isn't nude though. If I walk around in basketball shorts with my cock swinging around for everyone to see I'm not going to get in trouble lol. Yeah having your cock out in public isn't the same.

I'll say that wearing your basketball shorts in public is also wrong.

I mean, in a hypothetical way at least.

I don't care that much what people wear, but I do care when people try to argue that it's entirely irrelevant.

My only damn point is that what we wear affects others.

And we should always take that into consideration.

    I don't even care if you sport a V or a D.

Yes they do, but a man does/should have control over that. If you notice a woman with tight yoga pants on you can notice and move on. Or you can continue to focus on that allowing yourself to get aroused.

It's like that saying "you can't choose who you fall in love with". You absolutely can. If you're in a relationship with someone and notice a spark with someone new, you can shut that shit down and choose not to engage. Or you can allow yourself to feed into it and become unfaithful.
