ok, and just who is to deal with the ranting psycho... 'before' the paramedics arrive, hmmm? you? me? innocent bystanders? little maggie riding by on her bike? hmmmm?

who, dum-dum? probable cause, is all that needs to be proven.

    Like pharmaceutical companies

All it takes is money and paperwork to get the court to do anything you want

Yup that's all it takes. That's why so many people get off on bank robbery. Pull a caper, make a big haul, do some paperwork, spend some money, and the courts will do what you want.

Being a ranting psycho isn't against the law. I'm sure he would be fine if nobody called anyone

Breach of the peace, is a criminal offense that occurs when a person engages in some form of unruly public behavior, such as fighting or causing excessively loud noise.

Disorderly conduct laws allow police officers to arrest people whose public behavior is disruptive or offensive or whose actions interfere with other people's enjoyment of public spaces.

That could be applied to anyone as long as someone else feels unsafe it doesn't matter what the person is doing they could be sitting on a bench wearing a Trump hat and that would qualify as 'offensive behavior'

Just more pointless laws that only exist to keep people in jail

The only fault to blame is against those who refuse to fight back and rely on the system of crooked courts and police. Calling 911 is the first thing you can cut out of your life as passive revolutionary action against a corrupt system

there are only 2 types of gangsters.

the private gangsters, and the government gangsters.

You just don't understand that law and english are not the same language. Offensive is not what a given individual in a given situation feels it is under the law. It means what a judge or jury believes most people in society would reasonably find to be offensive. Most people would not find it reasonable to be offended by another person wearing a hat in support of a sitting US president. Therefore your example is just silly like your belief that you live with a girl and silly like triangles.

People may not be offended by it now but with the way society is going it's gonna turn into a police nanny state propped up by taxpayers that dial 911.

You can already go to jail for calling someone a nigger faggot on twitter if you live in the UK

    didn't watch!!

but, you have many students getting their degrees and realizing the job market is nothing like what they studied for. the police academy gives a big bonus for college educated (doesn't mean they have common sense, they have people skills, or if they even understand they are living in a society) to join and become police officers.

basically, college grads holding their degrees looking at the first potential job opening at 32k, and police training and becoming the LAW begins at 45k.

i will say the one difference i have witnessed observing Law Officers, since the hiring of college grads, traffic stops are no longer 1 cop involved. i now see at least 3 on the scene before the officer who pulled the other driver over even approaches. so more police involved per incident (traffic) has changed.
