Maybe not where you live but here the Sheriffs or RCMP physically pull you out of your house, they enforce orders of the court. It's the same thing. They are a corrupt cabal of gangstas with guns

Police are just a public service for hire by those in power with the most money and they use the police and courts to enforce laws that they lobby for that ensures they make the most money.

Not very easy at all, try to sway the court in favor of giving you a check for $4000 every week and let me know how it goes.
Regardless even if it was easy it wouldn't be the cops doing the swaying..it would be whoever had an interest in your eviction (the landlord, creditors etc). -

He looks like a pretty big guy, so they were using restraint tactics they felt appropriate the situation. .. and how in the fuq do you guys know... it was the restraint that he stopped breathing from instead of whatever hell unprescribed drugs he took? until an autopsy report... to say.

The legality of the drugs is besides the point. It sounds more like something a paramedic should be dealing with than police using violent aggressive force.
He looks like a big guy so they did something they felt appropriate, well of course when you are armed with a deadly weapon and trained to treat citizens like enemy combatants I'm sure thats how they react, it doesn't mean it's right or just though. Just because they have a gun and felt threatened that means they are morally justified even though they never had to be there in the first place. -
