   Okay??? But do you realize how easy it is to sway the court in your favor. All it takes is money. Police are just a public service for hire by those in power with the most money and they use the police and courts to enforce laws that they lobby for that ensures they make the most money.

   Regardless even if it was easy it wouldn't be the cops doing the swaying..it would be whoever had an interest in your eviction (the landlord, creditors etc).

   It's Impossible for everyone to have enough power and wealth to buy off courts and police, the current system keeps thing this way on purpose.
   
   The only fault to blame is against those who refuse to fight back and rely on the system of crooked courts and police. Calling 911 is the first thing you can cut out of your life as passive revolutionary action against a corrupt system

    oh bullchit... those cops weren't out to maliciously hurt that guy. he was on illegal drugs.. flailing around on the damn ground. He looks like a pretty big guy, so they were using restraint tactics they felt appropriate the situation. .. and how in the fuq do you guys know... it was the restraint that he stopped breathing from instead of whatever hell unprescribed drugs he took? until an autopsy report... to say.

    The legality of the drugs is besides the point. It sounds more like something a paramedic should be dealing with than police using violent aggressive force.
    
    He looks like a big guy so they did something they felt appropriate, well of course when you are armed with a deadly weapon and trained to treat citizens like enemy combatants I'm sure thats how they react, it doesn't mean it's right or just though. Just because they have a gun and felt threatened that means they are morally justified even though they never had to be there in the first place.
