I have had chronic insomnia since before I was a teenager. geniuses usually do, like Micheal Jackson he couldn't sleep because he always had music playing in his head which is why he was doing milk of amnesia
The only way I can sleep is lots of weed, when I'm sober I can stay awake 48+ hours even when l lay in bed and avoid electronics, take melatonin or walk around to tire myself out NOTHING WORKS because my brain is always active -

I did that the last several years. Doesn't work anymore. Just makes me feel weird. Was even prescribed vistril last summer and no bueno -
