Man, haven't you ever been to a pet store? They just scoop up crickets all day. Scoop scoop.

I'm just saying read that story from a cat shit's perspective and it was working.

You're right. I suppose it could be a conversation between two granules or something.

Maybe though, maybe you just have cat shit on the mind?

And maybe, MAYBE, you should give me your father's address in which he deals with electronic mails.

I mean even Picasso drew shitty anime when he was a kid. Get in the habit and it'll all start to come along much easier.

If you have any questions about publishing a novel just ask. I'll do my best to answer them.

Very nice. Thanks. My idea has fizzled a bit lately as I've been focusing my spare time in researching investments. Now that I've made some decision and set some things up, maybe I can get some creative juices flowing again.

Related to the topic, and a question that I think you've already answered, did you outline your general thoughts and story arcs or did you just write and then organize everything later?

Well I have a folder called junk_ideas where I write down anything that I feel like and separate it out. Usually this is no more than a few paragraphs so its not a problem. If I decide to take one of those ideas and turn it into something more, I do outline my thoughts, but I try not to keep it so strict besides the outline of the story, which will and should change but it's important not to lose focus.

It can all seem really intimidating though, I know. I did say to just write but doing that within an outline is how you become productive, at least for me anyway. And I still end up scrapping entire scenes which can stretch multiple pages very often.
