   I'm not arguing that we have reached AI yet. We have machine learning, and it doesn't engage (YET) in complex thought like determining its own destination when driving.
   
   So yeah, you're not wrong.
   
   The issue is what could potentially lie down the road. The author of that article you linked to was just a tad too confident in their position that "The idea that machines will uprise on their own volition and eradicate humanity holds no merit."
   
   Why completely and unilaterally dismiss the possibility so quickly out of hand?

   You wake up one day and go about your life, is it really your life or is it a mirage created by the BCI jew?
   With this type of technology a person could be trapped eternally inside a virtual prison.
   Not only what I said above but a corrupt government or group (or individual) could use this technology to know everything about you and use that data to manipulate you.
   What I think is likely to happen is they'll run this technology for a couple decades and then push the kill switch (.Hack) and all the serfs will die, but the jews will have a massive collection of knowledge on humanity that they can use to control future slave populations.
