Nothing is condoned here, these verses simply speak of God's judgement of Babylon. Isaiah 1–33 promises that judgment is coming and that Judah will be restored.
I've said this before and i'll say it again. To a Christian what matters are the teachings of Jesus. What you should take away from the Old Testament is: I am the Lord your God you shall have no God before me. And then go on to read the new testament. There is a clear demarcation between the kikes who have the Torah, which includes the first five books of the Old Testament and Christians, who follow the second covenant which was made between man and God through the Crucifixion of Christ. -
