The problem is they aren't standing up for the good of mankind or the good of the planet or even their own good, they are standing for a backwards, evil, disgusting, and just plain false ideology. A very cancerous and dangerous ideology at that, which commands its subjects to murder innocent people if they do not conform. No righteous God would command his disciples to murder innocent people just because they don't believe in him. If anything, he would do it himself, as he is highly capable of doing. This is a cult, filled with brainwashed people, who never got a proper understanding of God's word. They're not brave, they are deluded and mindless.

I agree up until the last part. Your cause does not matter when it comes to courage or bravery. It doesn't have to be noble or for a just cause.

I doubt you'd put your life on the line for what you believe in.

I wouldn't put my life on the line for anything or anyone other than me and mine, and strictly out of self defense. I don't fight other people's battles, and I don't fight the battles of countries, or the battles of politicians, or the battles of corporations, or the battles of false religions.

OPINION- Douglas Monks enjoys the song Shimmer, composed by the musical group Fuel. Folks, this can only be considered a fact if Douglas Monks admits that it is true. He never admitted to me that it is true, he simply posted the YouTube link, to the song, in a thread, and I made that ASSUMPTION. Therefore, it is my OPINION.

FACT- 'Shimmer' is a song, composed by the musical group Fuel.

OPINION- 'Shimmer' was a POPULAR song composed by the musical group Fuel. Popular is subjective, therefore, it's an opinion.

Palestinians are predominantly Sunni Islam. Anything Islam is a false teaching, taught by corrupt men who seek power and wealth for themselves. They are not the heroes, they are the enemy of freedom and righteousness and peace.

FACT- CandyRein is 4 feet, 9 inches tall.

    OPINION- Candyrein is short.

FACT- Candyrein is a dwarf ( as defined by the Little People of America).

    OPINION- Candyrein is a midget.
This is a subjective opinion, because midgets have no objective, mathematical criteria that define them.

FACT- I sexually desire women whom I deem to be physically attractive.

OPINION- Most male human beings sexually desire women whom they deem to be physically attractive. ( this would only become a fact if there was some type of way to interrogate the four billion or so male human beings on Earth and more than 50% of them responded in the affirmative).

You definitely would have dodged the draft during the Vietnam era. That's why Lanny considers you a coward. -OPINION

It's not cowardly to refuse to fight for the military industrial complex, or for any other thing you don't believe in. It's only cowardly if you believe fighting would be for a good cause but you don't out of fear.

OPINION- narc is a heroin addict.

If narc, himself, admits that he's a heroin addict... does it then become a fact? Hmmmm.... let's see, folks, does an addict have objective criteria that defines it? Is every Criterion objective that defines it? What's your opinion on this question of fact or opinion?

    ..

I was addressing the second part of your post. The first part is implying a mindless machine, programmed to obey, can be "brave". How can it be brave when it has no choice? Bravery comes from sacrifice, from having a choice and making the right one, not mindless brainwashing.

Already addressed this with Bill Krozby. "Brainwashed" is propaganda language. They are raised and taught to be terrorists just like you were raised and taught to be a faggot.

Like I said earlier, using language like this just removes culpability and helps you demonize the enemy while feeling superior with your 'free thinking brain.' These dudes question their beliefs just like you do. Many leave. Many never join. The few who do are often uber religious people from all sorts of different countries and economic backgrounds.

Just because you don't believe in what they believe does not make it brainwashing. Every human is responsible for their own beliefs and actions, and that includes people who were raised in extremist religious families. They are just as intelligent and free thinking as you are.
