I mean, I've taken a walk, just not the 12 hour banana one.
My other advice would be those little pills that are designed to counteract your depression, I forget what they're called. -

Obviously as with many things, the idea to partake in particular treatments is often a risk/reward thing and is entirely dependent on your level of "pain." One hand-habitual depression, other hand- habitual... anti-depression, or something.
I mean I get it, I'm the same way. I just know that they CAN work, and if they do, it literally feels like a life saving miracle. -

When your hands are idle, flip open your phone and go through the numbers thinking, "Where is my next fight that I have to fight?" Then find it and call that number. Talk to a therapist about it, listen to their advice and make meaningful strides towards a healthy and whole you. If they recommend a psychiatrist, see them and take the pills as prescribed while abstaining from other intoxicants outside of moderate use. Talk to your closest loved ones and tell them how you feel, because they will be on your side and you'll feel better for having trusted them. Reach out to your boss and the HR at your work, because they want to see you succeed and will address it seriously. Keep fighting, no matter what any ignoramus has to say about it.

so do you take the bananas with you for the rest of the day? what do you do with them when you get home? I tried this but I think you forgot an instruction because after 5 days I had too many bananas to carry and some were starting to smell -

This. I went through a rough bout when I was 15, though hormones might have influenced that. When the powers that be tried to get to the root of my exhibitions, I really didn't have an answer for them. I realized I was being stupid, and in that moment I got out of my funk and stopped being depressed.
