6. Dress my very best, and try to converse with 30 different attractive women for a few minutes.
7. Have a bowling party.

Don't fall into that level of delusion.
Turning 30 is a big deal, don't believe the shite. You are mature, and need to be thinking about where you are in life and how your life is proceeding, especially with regards to career and kids. You need to be able to reach 40 in a manner that your life will make sense (if it didn't already) and you have a plan for getting through your 40s and 50s.
If you are a woman you need to have a plan for trapping a decent man and shitting out any kids you want to have. Men have like an extra decade over women in between 29 and 30, but still, turning 30 should be making you think, and if it makes you panic, then it probably should.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

I'm the same way and I actually think thats WHY it hits me harder. I'm constantly told I look anywhere from 23-25, then I have to deal with their shock and amaze, often times even pull out my ID to prove nah bitch, Im old af. They think i'm some hot young stud then oh jeez its a gramps in disguise -
