The concept of trials is fuckinf strange to me and always has been. I mean in and of itself they are a good thing and normal but when a person gets found innocent and the prosecution is all MAD about it and defeated, that's the part that's always kinda weird to me, like they should be saying "well good, sigh of relief, we didn't put an innocent man in prison today based off a jury of their peers"
It would be a weird job to have to FORCE a scenario and try and do everything you can to make that scenario believable when in fact it often isn't believable at all. It's sad and scary. Like prosecutors are too pussy to say in the middle of a case "you know what, I actually dont think the defendant is guilty either and I'm done trying to convince you otherwise."
But that rarely happens. Its fucking weird. -

Yeah don't even me started. Court is such a shit show full of theatrics of the highest order and fake outrage. The district attorney doesn't actually care about "victims" they will use them as pawns for their own gain.
Even with the whole child support court shit I went thru, MY defense attorney at the end of it in the elevator was like "weeeel.. I just saved you a lot of money so I'm going to need another several thousand dollars. I was like "right.." fuck that guy. -
