Anything without consent is rape, but there's a far cry from someone you've had sex with before or are attracted to having sex when you don't necessarily want to, and a complete stranger restraining you and fucking you violently against your will. I imagine more than anything it's the mental aspect that fucks with you the most. Something that was supposed to be pleasurable and fun is all of a sudden a sort of punishment. Your body is just something someone else can use.
And of course female on male rape can be traumatic, but there's another dimension to it where as a woman, you just don't even have the ABILITY to fight a man off in most cases. He's stronger than you, and he can overpower you if he wants it Moreno badly than you don't. That feeling must be super fucked up it's why I always walk to the other side of the street if I'm having to walk the same direction as a woman at night. If I wasn't me, I'd probably scare the shit out of me too. ☹️ -

That scenario takes place so little that it's literally a straight up red herring to distract from actual rape.
For example in some cases the girl consents to having sex but the guy does something she doesn't want to do and doesn't stop, and it crosses over the line for the girl but the guy doesn't stop and the girl doesn't feel safe refusing further at that point and it's basically become a rape at that point. But then depending on how the sex and the night after it goes, it is a dicey enough situation to where it is up to how it lands for the woman.
Learn what the fuck a no is, learn that a lot of the "porny" stuff you do to be sexy is actually pretty much like a gorilla bearhugging you and shoving it's dick in your ass. -

Anyway the LONG AND SHORT OF IT is that a lone rape or two does not a lifelong victim have to make. Even if the rape is violent and aggressive. Why does physical penetration have to equate to such a personal, powerful experience, EVERY TIME?
It surely SHOULD be able to, and is, in the sense of two "electric beings" engaging in passionate sexual intercourse, but we also do plenty of fucking of the "wham bam thank you ma'am" variety, both parties included, where the penetrations and body fluids are nothing more than an afterthought, life immediately moves on and you go about your business.
Rape doesn't have to be more traumatic than getting suckerpunched outside the bar. They both may not be desired or enjoyable, but they also both dont have to be "omg that changes things forever" deals.
Of course there are a variety of extenuating circumstances to all of this, but in a general sense, your garden variety rape should be shrugged off, if for no other reason than to help victims not feel so burdened for the rest of their lives.
Like I said, "yeah, it happened, so what?" It doesn't need to change anything.
