DHers used to have meetups. Usually the middle aged desperate ones rather than the younger crowd.
The Texas group had one at Whiskey River a few years ago in Houston which is a couple of miles from me, I didn't post in the Texas group but sometimes lurked so no one was really familiar with me there.
I went by Whiskey river that night for a couple of drinks just to sit at the bar and watch the freak show...I think like 3 people showed up and stood there awkwardly smiling at each other...very dull, I quickly moved on to Crazy Frog's.

I think ive met like 4 people. I dont understand why you would spend years in a place like this and then just refuse to meet people. Seems pointless to me.

Last person I met was vaporwave, he was pretty cool I took him and I out to eat but he was so stoned he was worried about his mj at my place sitting there but it was all good. I even dropped him off at his coke party before I had to go to work.
He said that I look a lot bigger in real life and I'm not as crazy as he thought. lol
