I dunno, I didn't look much into it, mostly just found it amusing. Specifically they apparently want to ban the public display of the ODAL (Odin - heritage) and TYR (Tyr - single combat) runes, but yeah it'd really be opening the gates to ban cultural symbols just because bad man likes them. Especially amusing is that they paint the nazis as racist cartoon villains but 'the vikings were nothing like them'. lol.
As for sources I've seen a few Swedish sites talking about it, but the only way to independently verify it would probably be to learn Swedish and go through their parliamentary notes -

This was in my stereotypical teen years where I was also reading Alister Crowley's "Magick - in theory and practice" and also a book on spells which I used to attempt to cast an astral projection spell in my bedroom laying naked on a blanket with 4 candles and a pile of salt at each corner, only to be busted by my mom when she came in to bring me a sandwich.
