It was his wish really, and he was having trouble getting rid of it all in a timely fashion at the end. He tipped some poor menschen $200. I'm guessing he probably didn't draw up a will right quick, although I'm surprised it doesn't look like he left anything to his sister. -

That definitely makes it easier to accept. If you talked to him a few times ... I know you would have helped him if you could. Sometimes death is truly for the best. I just hope and pray maybe he's still alive and I could just have a few words with him, even if it's just to say that he impacted me in a positive way... and I hope that he goes to a better place, if he decides to go through with it. I get the distinct impression he was becoming very worried about hurting other people on his way out.

2019-05-23 at 2:09 PM UTCyeah... psych meds and our understanding of the internal processes of the brain are still pretty primitive - there are a bunch of members here who will tell you that antipsychotics and the like often do nothing but rob you of motivation. in many cases 'treatment' seems to mostly just to put people in a state where they're less likely to hurt others, but is unable to address the patient's actual ailmentsThe following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!

Absolutely. I couldn't agree more...but it makes me feel better that he at least attempted going that route... hey I think it's best for someone to exhaust all options... before they throw in the towel, so to speak... -
