You are using the US military's internet. They created it as sort of an electronic petri dish. Everyone that thinks they're anonymous is laughed at by some spook in a lab somewhere. Several spooks depending on the person and how hilarious their perspective on things is. They generally don't care if you jack off to CP, but, when someone believes they're anonymous, there's always at least one rogue spook, going against the rules, that will dox people when they feel like it. Nobody is ever anonymous.
EDIT: also, the Chinese worked with the US government on this, and as always, chinese researchers come in handy for this but.... When it comes to tracking and doxxing on the government level, they can use evoked potentials associated with your brainwaves and bioelectric field, via satellite, to narrow down your location to within a block or so. From there it's quite a simple matter to figure out your identity. There is always leakers of this information for people who get arrogant and think they're truly anonymous.
EDIT: example: they'll broadcast V2K messages in areas where they think you might be, subliminal messages, you won't necessarily even know you heard it, but parts of your brain will light up. It could just be a repeat of something you posted, but that's all it takes. Your brain takes in the information, and lights up certain areas, thus evoked potentials reveal who you are. They often use this technique when people are sleeping to extract information, sort of like a truth serum.
