I worked in a call centre like a decade ago and dug through some of their IT 'security' systems. They track you a lot closer than they tell you or let on; copying customer data is extremely risky, especially in 'secure' systems like credit score management

i think you'll find the old money is incinerated. however there was a scam where people would offer to sell you notes that were out of circulation waiting to be destroyed. they'd give you this bullshit how the notes are soaked with black ink to transport them. then theyd show you some black bits of paper and this little rolling machine thing and claim they had this chemical that removes the ink. theyd put a piece of black paper in and roll over it and then youd see a real bank note appear. what they didnt tell you was that the machine has a part where the black paper slides in out of view and it pushes out a real note from under the roller that was previously hidden inside beforehand. then theyd sell you this machine and a big stack of just black paper cut to the size of bank notes. people actually fell for that shit all the time, lol.
theyd offer to sell you like 10 grands worth of blacked 10 dollar notes for just a few hundred dollars usually, and people would jump at it. idiots dont even stop for a second to think 'why the fuck would he sell me that when all hed have to do is just roll 30 of those notes and hed have the $300 in real money plus a shitload more to roll. nobody is that stupid.
anyway tl;dr people don't sell real money for less money. not unless they got in the millions and even then theyd be looking to sell it for a good 85-90% of its face value and all in one go to lessen the risk. i mean think about it, if you had less than a hundred grands worth of this money youre talking about, why would you go selling it for like 50% or less when you could just go on a road trip for a month and keep buying little items in every shop you passed? you could change up 3 to 5 grands worth a day easily.

also retards wouldn't even question why the note that just came out of that rolling machine was bone dry. as if it would be after just being rolled with a chemical that just removed every last bit of the black ink it was soaked in. lol
