   From a flesh wound? I've never been in much pain from a gash, especially on my face. Bones I can understand, especially broken ribs or feet since you can't help but move them. If it hurts that bad, it may be an infection. In which case, plastic surgery isn't going to help.
   
   I think you need to stop getting hit in the head. Eventually that shit will catch up with you. If you're really a targeted individual like you've been claiming then you should know they'll set you up to get into fights for made up reasons.    Go to a Doctor Kr9z and get a blood test to see if your white count is showing signs of an infection.
   
   It's been a week now" shouldn't hurt as much. if it's hurting, you broke or hairline fractures the cheek or arm area. could take 6 weeks or more to heal. and your face might be deformed once the swelling goes down if you don't get it reset.
