Just 2 or 3 nights ago I took apart my DeWalt DW515 8.2 amp hammer drill because I was having to bump it to get it going. I cleaned up the brushes and commutator with some sandcloth and it works fine now. I did order a new set of brushes to have on hand for future use for $12 off eBay.VIDEO

I didn't burn myself. Hell, I didn't even electrocute myself either. And...I didn't need to fix my riveter as it works just fine. Of course, it is only hand powered (something Boo is used to late at night).

That's going to take a while to heal. I got burnt cooking salmon a few months ago and it looked similar but smaller. It was more indented. Took forever to heal.
